Product Description:
I am looking for a 24x7 cyber security monitoring provider as well as cyber incident response support.
It would be helpful if the provider can utilise our existing investment in our current security monitoring tools, but there is an opportunity to onboard a more complete SIEM solution to upgrade our existing one.
I envisage that the incident response support component might be arranged on a retainer basis, with payment per incident. However, that is subject to whichever arrangement offers the most affordable solution.

SOLUTION OVERVIEW
Secure360 SOC is Secure Agility’s fully managed Security Operations Centre service, delivering 24×7 monitoring, advanced threat detection, and coordinated incident response across cloud, network, identity, and endpoint environments. Powered by Arctic Wolf’s global MDR and cloud-native SIEM platform, and strengthened by Secure Agility’s local cyber operations, governance capability, and remediation coordination, it provides a complete outcomes-focused security function without the overhead of running an internal SOC.
Telemetry from existing security tools, including endpoint protection, email security, CASB/SWG platforms, and log management systems, is integrated and correlated through the Arctic Wolf MDR platform. Alerts are enriched with global threat intelligence, validated by 24×7 analysts, and triaged locally by Secure Agility to deliver business-relevant, actionable outcomes. Customers may also uplift to a fully managed cloud SIEM if required.
Secure360 SOC extends beyond monitoring with structured governance, cyber maturity uplift, monthly posture reviews, and executive reporting aligned to frameworks such as ISO 27001 and the Essential Eight. When incidents occur, Secure Agility acts as the single accountable partner for containment, remediation, and stakeholder coordination, supported by scalable incident response via retainer or on-demand.
For organisations not seeking a fully managed service, Secure Agility can also provide Arctic Wolf MDR as a standalone resold solution, giving direct access to the MDR platform and 24×7 monitoring while the customer retains internal responsibility for governance and remediation.
Designed for Australian organisations, including aged care, health, and other regulated sectors, Secure360 SOC delivers an integrated, modern cyber defence capability that combines global detection with local context, governance, and operational execution
QUALIFYING QUESTIONS
Q1.
Can you ingest and correlate data from CrowdStrike, Mimecast, Netskope, and Graylog?
Yes. The service supports the following ingestion capabilities in the Arctic Wolf MDR platform:
CrowdStrike (Fully Supported Integration): Arctic Wolf has a native is correlated with identity, endpoint, and cloud indicators to detect multi-vector email-led attacks.
-
Email threat indicators
-
Malware and impersonation events
-
URL and attachment scanning results
-
Policy violations and user behaviour alerts
Netskope (Fully Supported Integration): Supports rich visibility into cloud, SaaS, and internet-bound activity.
-
CASB and SWG activity
-
Cloud access and user behaviour logs
-
DLP alerts and policy violations
-
Web traffic and SaaS application usage
Graylog (Supported as a Log Source): Arctic Wolf ingests Graylog logs as part of the MDR telemetry pipeline, enabling correlation with other services and security tools.
-
Syslog forwarding
-
Custom application logs
-
Infrastructure and system logs
-
Any normalised log sources currently ingested by your Graylog environment
Q2.
Can you enrich alerts with threat intelligence or contextual data from these platforms?
Yes. Alerts are enriched using:
-
Global threat intelligence from Arctic Wolf Labs, including IOC and TTP mapping
-
Contextual signals from your existing tools (CrowdStrike, Netskope, Mimecast, Graylog)
-
Asset criticality, identity context, cloud posture and vulnerability data
-
Historical behaviour and correlation patterns across endpoints, users, and networks
This ensures each alert is validated and prioritised before it reaches the customer.
Q3.
How do you prioritise alerts and reduce false positives?
The Secure360 SOC MDR service uses a multi-stage validation and prioritisation process:
- Analytics & correlation Automated detection logic reduces noise by correlating indicators across multiple data sources.
- 24×7 SOC analyst validation Arctic Wolf analysts classify and verify events before escalation.
- Local triage by Secure Agility The Secure360 cyber team applies business context, asset importance and risk factors to determine actual priority and required action.
This results in materially reduced false positives and clear, actionable security incidents rather than alert fatigue.
Q4.
Do you offer services to enhance or replace Graylog with a more scalable SIEM?
Yes. Two pathways are available:
Enhancement of the existing Graylog platform
The SOC can integrate with the customer's current Graylog deployment and enhance detection through central correlation, threat intelligence and SOC oversight.
Replacement with a fully managed cloud SIEM
Secure360 SOC MDR includes the option to onboard a cloud-native SIEM platform operated by Arctic Wolf, providing:
-
High scalability and retention
-
Automated log ingestion and normalisation
-
Embedded threat hunting and correlation
-
No infrastructure or tuning overhead for the customer
This enables a seamless uplift from the existing environment to a fully managed SIEM if preferred.
Q5.
Do you offer retainer-based IR services or on-demand support?
Yes. Both commercial models are supported:
Incident Response Retainer
-
Pre-allocated hours or credits
-
Priority access to incident handlers
-
Lower cost per incident compared to ad-hoc engagement
-
Integrated with SOC MDR for rapid coordinated response
On-Demand Incident Response
-
Available pay-per-incident
-
Suitable for customers seeking variable consumption
-
Can be activated directly via SOC escalation
