Product Description:
I am looking for a 24x7 cyber security monitoring provider as well as cyber incident response support.
It would be helpful if the provider can utilise our existing investment in our current security monitoring tools, but there is an opportunity to onboard a more complete SIEM solution to upgrade our existing one.
I envisage that the incident response support component might be arranged on a retainer basis, with payment per incident. However, that is subject to whichever arrangement offers the most affordable solution.

SOLUTION OVERVIEW
Cyber83 is pleased to submit our proposal to support your organisation with 24×7 cyber security monitoring and incident response.
We're an Australian-based provider with a global team of experienced security professionals behind us. That means you get local presence and accountability—people who understand the Australian aged care landscape—backed by the scale and follow-the-sun coverage that comes with an international security operation.
We understand the pressures you're facing. Multi-site operations, sensitive resident information, critical clinical applications—and an increasingly complex mix of IT, OT, and IoT systems that absolutely must stay up. Our job is to take that security burden off your internal teams so they can focus on what matters most.
Our Security Operations Centre delivers genuine 24×7 monitoring. We're not just collecting logs—our analysts are actively reviewing alerts, validating threats, and responding when something doesn't look right. We use advanced analytics, threat intelligence, and behavioural monitoring to cut through the noise, so you're only hearing about things that actually matter.
We work with your existing stack. CrowdStrike, Mimecast, Netskope, Graylog—we integrate seamlessly with what you've already invested in. And if you want to uplift your SIEM capability down the track, we can transition you to Rapid7 InsightIDR for stronger correlation and automation without disrupting day-to-day operations.
Incident response is built into everything we do. Whether you prefer a retainer model or on-demand support, our IR specialists are ready to help with containment, investigation, and recovery at any time. You'll have experienced responders on standby without the delays or hassle of bringing in external support mid-crisis.
What really sets us apart is how we deliver. Being based in Australia means we understand the regulatory and operational expectations in aged care. But our global resources mean we're never dependent on a single location or time zone. We work as an extension of your team—adapting our monitoring, playbooks, and escalation processes to fit your environment and making sure security supports care delivery rather than getting in the way of it.
Beyond SIEM and SOC, we cover network security, OT monitoring, vulnerability management, NOC operations, and compliance. It's a complete protective framework designed specifically for organisations like yours.
We'd welcome the opportunity to partner with you and support your mission to provide safe, high-quality care across all your facilities.
QUALIFYING QUESTIONS
Q1.
Can you ingest and correlate data from CrowdStrike, Mimecast, Netskope, and Graylog?
Yes, all of these platforms are supported. We can ingest from Graylog as well, although we generally recommend replacing it with Rapid7 InsightIDR, which provides significantly stronger detection, correlation, and scalability. Ingesting from Grayling might provide inaccurate correlation.
Q2.
Can you enrich alerts with threat intelligence or contextual data from these platforms?
Yes. All alerts are enriched within Rapid7 InsightIDR, which includes UBA, ABA, and multiple threat-intelligence feeds. In addition, we overlay our own Cyber83 threat intelligence and dark-web monitoring data, giving even deeper context and helping identify compromised users or emerging threats earlier.
Q3.
How do you prioritise alerts and reduce false positives?
We build customised playbooks and correlation logic to ensure only real, high-fidelity events are escalated. Our SOC team continuously tunes detections to further reduce noise and improve accuracy.
Q4.
Do you offer services to enhance or replace Graylog with a more scalable SIEM?
Yes. We can enhance existing Graylog deployments, but we typically recommend migrating to InsightIDR, which is more advanced, cloud-scalable, and aligned with modern SOC/MDR operations.
Q5.
Do you offer retainer-based IR services or on-demand support?
Yes. Incident Response is a formal service included as part of our 24/7 SOC/MDR offering, not an add-on. Customers also have access to our on-demand support whenever needed.
